MARY MAXINE DAVIS
Mary Maxine Greathouse Davis, 82, of Elizabeth, died Monday, July 16, 2007, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Calhoun County, the daughter of the late Scott T. and Ova May Grogg Greathouse.
She was retired from Nashua Photo after 12 years of service and attended Slate Chapel United Methodist Church.
Surviving are one son, Emmett Davis of Elizabeth; two daughters, Judy Meadows of Calhoun County and Charlene Fordyce of Elizabeth; two brothers, Frank Greathouse of Barberton, Ohio, and Huey Greathouse of Lowell, Ohio; three sisters, Pauline Messner of Barberton, Ohio, Virginia Swart of Calhoun County and Emma Ruth Arthur of Mineral Wells; 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Davis, in 1990, and one son, Charles Paul Davis.
Services were held at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, South Parkersburg, with Rev. Paul Williams officiating. (Calhoun Chronicle )
