Their marriage record shows her parents were Isaac and Frances Casto (full names given), and that she was born in Jackson County. Since she was 21, she was probably born in Jan 1850 not Jan 1851 as the 1900 census shows.
In searching, I find no Isaac Casto married to a Frances, and the only Isaac Castos in Jackson county around 1850, were Isaac J, the son of Jonathan and Madgalene (Wetherholt) and Isaac S, Jonathan's younger brother.
There is nothing to show that Isaac J was ever married, but he could have been and his wife died in childbirth. Given that his mother was Magdalene, it would make sense that he would name his daughter after her - but where was Maggie in the 1850 (maybe not born yet) and 1860 censuses?
Isaac S had a daughter, Nancy E in 1850, and she was still Nancy E on the 1860 census.
