      Roy C. Baker, 86, died October 17, 1985 in Akron, Summit, Co, Ohio. Mr Baker was born in Bolivar, Ohio on June 26, 1899.He retired in 1964 as an engineer at Ohio Edison after 36 years of service, and was a Navy veteran of World War 1.

      He is survived by his wife, Ruby: sons Roy Jr. of West Virginia, Fred of Florida, and daughter JoAnne  Lewis of Florida. 11 grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren: brothers, Woodrow of Nevada, Percy of Akron: and sister, Faye Jacobs of California.

      No calling hours. Pastor John Phillips will conduct services Monday, 11 a.m. at the Adams Funeral Home. Interment Hillside Memorial Park, Akron, Ohio.
