      Harold R. Sayre, 75, went home to be with his Lord on May 15, 1997.
      Harold, a green resident most of his life, was a member of Temple Baptist church. He retired from Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. after 29 1/2 years service, and was a World War II veteran, 2nd Ranger Battalion.
      Harold is survived by wife of 51 years, Mary Kathleen; son, Robert; daughters, Karen (Dave) Fritz and Linda (Wayne) Scott; sister, Gladys Cunningham; five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
      Visitation will be Friday, 6 to 8 p.m., at the Hecker Funeral Home in Uniontown, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m., Pastor Glenn Rogers Jr. officiating. Interment at Greensburg Cemetery. Donations may be made to Temple Baptist Church, P.O. Box 181, Green 44232
