Diana Frame Harpold, 69, of Statts Mill, went home to be with her heavenly father Friday, March 1, 2013, after a long illness. Diana is now reunited with her parents, Walter Frame and Grace Clark Frame, whom were from Belle. Diana was a member of the 1961 proud graduating class of DuPont High School. Diana was also married for 49 years to her beloved husband, Robert "Bob" Harpold. Diana moved to the Jackson County area in 1982. She and her husband opened a business called C and H Feed. Diana owned and operated this business and was an active part of the community of Jackson County for 28 years. She was blessed with one son, "her baby" William "Bill" Harpold and his wife, Tammy of Gay. She also had four grandsons, Joshua (Katie) of St. Albans, Caden of Gay, Brandon of Gay and Shane of Gay; she also had one brother, Gary Frame of Belle; and one sister, Linda Haakee of Forest City, Iowa. Diana had a wonderful set of friends that were considered family, the co-owners of C and H Feed, Larry and Pam Casto of Statts Mill and their children, Adam (Amanda) of Evans and Kelly Casto Freshire (Steven) of Kenna. The family of Diana would like to give a thank you to Dr. Russell Voltin and Christy Flores for years of outstanding care and constant support. Thank you to her wonderful caregivers Mrs. Laura Jackson and Mrs. Ashley Casto. And thanks to Johnny Kay for always helping when called upon. You are a true friend! A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 10, 2013 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with her son, Chaplin-Pastor Bill Harpold officiating. Friends may call from noon until the time of the service.
