Spencer Sr. , 86, Of Elkview was born October, 2nd 1924 and passed away July 17, 2011. He was retired from Libby Owen Glass Plant as well as Gardening and selling vegetables along the road, which was a great joy in his life. He also enjoyed ramp dinners, hunting and fishing. He is proceeded in death by his wife Virla. He is survived by his son Milo Jr., grandsons – Milo III, and Douglas all of Vermont as well as his sister Eddie Bailey of Miletree in Spencer. Services will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2011 with visitation two hours prior at Hafer Funeral Home in Elkview. Pastor. Bobby Sizemore and David Keeney will be officiating. In lieu of Flowers you may donate to the arthritis foundation. Friends may call the funeral home from 12-2pm online condolences may also be made at haferfuneralhome.net. Burial Service will be held at Elk Hill's Memorial Park, Big Chimney.
