Marjorie Hopkins Kinser, 86, of Campbell's Creek went home to be with the Lord Friday, March 26, 2010, at her home.
Mrs. Kinser was born in Jackson County on November 4, 1923, to the late Howard and Tillie Winter Hopkins. She was a member of the Big Bottom Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Kinser; brothers, Emory and Jim Kinser; and a sister, Mildred Hopkins.
She is survived by her children, Kathy Browning and husband Jim of Florence, Ky.; son, Robert Kinser and wife Lisa of Campbell's Creek; sister, Jean Landfried of Florence, Ky.; grandchildren, Dustin and Travis Kinser, and Brandon and Cody Browning.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 29, 2010, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, with the Rev. Fred Christian officiating. Burial will follow at Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to Hospice Care, 1606 Kanawha Blvd West, Charleston, WV 25312-2536.
