      Robert Earl Kinser, 50, of Campbells Craeek, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 1, 2013.
      Rob was born in Charleston on May 4, 1962, to the late Earl and Majorie Hopkins Kinser. He retired in October 2012 from the Charleston fire Department after 25 years of service. He was a member of Big Bottom Missionary Baptist Church, where he served as the high school Sunday school teacher and part-time bus driver. He was a wrestling coach for 20 years in the upper Kanawha Valley area. As a coach and teacher he had an impact on many young people's lives. Rob was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing.
      He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Lisa Gail Kinser; children, Dustin Kinser and Travis Kinser, all of Campbells Creek; sister, Kath Browning of Florence, Ky.
      The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 5, at Spring Fork Missionary Baptist Church, Campbells Creek, with the Rev. Fred Christian and the Rev. Mike Long officiating. The burial will follow the service in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans, with the City of Charleston Fire Department as honor guard.
      A visitation with family and friends will be held Thursday, April 4, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church.
      Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, is in charge of arrangements.
