Anderson Joe William Anderson, 68, of Rt. 2, Point Pleasant, died yesterday morning at his home following a three-year illness. Born at Windy, W.Va., he was a son of the late Charles C. and Minnie Moore Anderson. A retired carpenter, he was a member of the Lodell United Methodist Church at Rockport. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Chessie Randolph Anderson; two daughters, Mrs. Juanita Burke of Parkersburg, and Mrs. Evelyn McGraw of Columbus, O.; one son, Eugene Anderson, address unknown. Two step-sons, Henry Cline of Point Pleasant, and Robert Cline of Alliance, O.; two step-daughters, Mrs. Ruth Wolfinbarger and Mrs. Norma Jean Fisher, both of Point Pleasant; 22 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Crow Hussell Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, with the Rev. O. H. Carter officiating. Burial will be in the Wilding cemetery near Silverton, Jackson County.
