Also surviving: sons, Allen Junior Toney of Cross Lanes, James Paul Toney of Charleston; daughters, Geneva Pence of Nashville, Tenn., Virginia Jones of Elkview, Nancy Tyree of Cross Lanes; 21 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Dunbar Mountain Mission with the Rev. Ronald W. Fisher and the Rev. H.W. "Bill" Lanham officiating. Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
