To Clara M Roby wife of William Henry Roby and her children, if any by said William Henry Roby, lot #5 In case she is widowed and marries , she shall forfeit her rights and interest, in case of her death shall go to her children if there be any children with said William Henry Roby, If there are no children by said marriage, her interest shall be divided among the other heirs;

I, Isaac Roby, of the County of Pleasants and State of west Virginia, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, this 13th day of September, Eighteern hundred and ninety-two.
First: I will, bequeath and demise unto my beloved wife Sarah Jane Roby, all my property, both real and personal, to have and to hold during her natural life and at her death, all said property shall pass to my heirs in the order and manner named below:
Second: I will, bequeath and demise unto Elizabeth Ann Roby, now wife of Lewis W Jones, and her children all of lot No 1 of plat of my home place on the St Marys Pike, County of Pleasants, said plat made May 1st, 1889, containing "fourty"-nine acres.
Third: I will, bequeath and demise unto Caroline Columbia Roby, now wife of William Prior, and her children all of lot No 2 of the above name plat, containing "fourty"-nine acres
Fourth: I will, bequeath and demise unto Ella Roby, wife of Godfrey Cramer Roby, and her children by said Godfrey Cramer Roby, all of lot No 3 of the above named plat containing "fourtly"-six acres and 37 poles.
Fifth: I will bequeath and denise unto Mary Catharine Roby now wife of Smith Locke, and her children all of lot No 4 of the above named plat, containing "fortly"-two acres and 37 poles.
Sixth: I will bequeath and denise unto Clara M Rpby, wife of William Henry Roby and her childer, if any by said Willliam Henry Roby, all of lot No 5 of plat above named, containing forty acres and one hundred & sixteen poles, the lines "meets" and bounds of said lot are to be as described in above named plat. In case she becomes a widow and marries, she shall forfeit all her rights and interest in said above named property, in case of her death shall go to her children if there be any by her marriae with said William Henry Roby, and if there be no children by said marriage, her right and interest shall be divided equally "amoung" the other heirs enumerated in this will.
Seventh: I will and demise that each of the above named heirs shall have the right of way through the lands of each and all the heirs for a road as an out-let to the public road without cost or controversey.
Eighth: I will and demise that if any of the above named heirs shall go to law with any or all of the other heirs, or in any way attempt to contest will in County of law, then such heirs shall forfeit his or her share as provided for in this will and such share shall go to such heirs in equal share as do not thus go to law or attempt to contest this will.
Ninth: I will and direct that all debts shall be paid out of my estate, and if any of said heirs shall pay on such indebtedness more than his or her equal share, then said heirs or heir, to have of my real estate above named, every willed to such heirs as shall refuse or fail to pay his or her eeqall and proper share of such indebtedness, and amount equal to the sum thus paid more than their equal share.
Tenth: I will and bequeath to the above named heirs all my personal property, after the payment of my debts and funeral expenses have been deducted from said property, then said property is to be divided equally "amoung" the heirs named in this will.
Eleventh: I appoint Johhn W.Wolfe of Ritchie C.H, West Virginia, and Thomas Sullivan of Pleasants County, as executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I have signed, sealed, published and "declaired" this instrument as my last will and testament, at Ritchie C.H. West Virginia, this thirteenth day of September, Eighteen hundred and ninety-two

We the undersigned certify that the said Isaac Roby, of the County of Pleasants, of the State of West Virginia, at Ritchie C.H. West Virginia, this thirteenth day of September, Eighteen hundred and ninety-two, signed, sealed and published and declaired above instrument as his last will and testament, and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto signed our names as subscribing witnesses.

2 codicils - First to assign rights to any proceeds from oil or any monerals. the second was to release Thomas Sullivan from the task of executor, and to ask that a tombstone, neot to exceed cost of $100, be erected at his grave.
