  Notes	Kenneth Reffeith: He served at the Battle of Point Pleasant and later at the Battle of Kings Mountain (SC). Later, ca. 1807 he moved his family from Augusta/Bath County, VA, to Point Pleasant, Mason County. At the time there was an outbreak of “fever” and he moved his family to higher ground to Three Mile Creek which is now on Greer Road, Flat Rock, Cooper District. The oldest Greer Cemetery of the family is on this road opposite where the house sat. The Greer Reunion is held on Greer Road each year on the day before Labor Day.
