Barbara Robie
Mrs Barbara Shell Robie, 38, a resident of Rt 1, Bidwell, and a former resident of Pt Pleasant, died at 12:35 PM Saturday in the Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus.
She was a former employee of Citizens National bank, Pt Pleasnat, a member of Heights United Methodist Church and Win-One Sunday School Class,
She was a 1961 graduate of Pt Pleasant High School. she was also a graduate of the Huntington School of Beauty Culture. She was a former employee of Tootie's Beauty Shop in Pt Pleasant.
She was born June 19, 1941, in Pt Pleasant, daughter of Mrs Mina Shuler Shell, Pt Pleasant, and the late Grant Shell.
Other survivors are her husband, Carroll Robie; one daughter, Rachel and one son, Eric, both at home; one sister, Mrs Bob (Nancy) McCallister, Des Moines, Iowa and one brother, George Shell, Pt Pleasant.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 pm, Tuesday at the Heights United Methodist Church with the Rev Ralph Sager, jr. , officiating. Burial will be in Suncrest Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home from 2 until 9 pm today.
The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to services.
