  Notes	In the name of God Amen. I Malinda Good of the County of Jackson in the state of West Virginia being of rather poor health but being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and being desirous of setting my worldly affairs and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it shall please God to call me Hence do therefor make and publish this my last will and testament in name and form following that is to say. I give and bequeath unto my beloved sons J.M. Good and Alexander Good all house hold goods stock money bonds notes in short all personal property of every kind and character of which I may die seized and possessed and which shall remain after paying all my just debts and funeral charges and I do hereby constitute and appoint my said sons J.M. Good and Alexander Good to be executors of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I Malinda Good hereto this my will set hand and seal this the 11 day of March 1892. her Malinda x Good (Seal) Mark Signed sealed published and declared by Malinda Good the above named testator as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto Witnesses B.N. Poling R.H. Rawling J.T. Porter. West Virginia, Jackson County Court Clerks Office August 21, 1897 - In vacation of said court. This day came J.M. Good and produced a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Malinda Good, dead late of this county and moved that the same be admitted to probate. Then came J.T. Porter and B.N. Poling two of the subscribing witnesses to said will and on oath say, that they saw Malinda Good sign said paper as and for her will that she did so in their presence and that they and each of them signed said paper writing as witness thereto in the presence and at the request of said Malinda Good and in the presence of each other. That said Malinda Good was over twenty one years of age and of sound mind. Where for said paper writing is ordered recorded as and for the last will and testament of Malinda Good dead. Teste Geo. B.
