Rupe Dies Wednesday Miss Cora B rupe, 83, Vine St, Middleport, died Wednesday evening in Meigs General hospital. She was born March 6, 1886, at Cheshire, the daughter of Jacob and Mary Ritchey Rupe. She was a member of the Middleport Baptist church, Evangeline Chapter 172, O.E.S. and the Mary White Shrine of Pomeroy. She graduated from Cheshire High school in 1904 and attended the alumni banquets there every year. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs David (Carrie) Briggs of Cheshire, and Mrs William (Helen) Reynolds of Middleport; several neices and nephews, and several great neices and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2pm, at eh Rawlings-Coats Funeral home with the Rev, Charles Simons officiating. Burial will be in Gravel hill cemetery at Cheshire. Friends may call at the funeral hoome after 10am Friday until time of services. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` For Sale Offers will be received at the office of Webster and Fultz, Pomeroy National Bank Building, Pomeroy, Ohio, up to eleven o'clock am, January 14, 1970, for the real estate of Cora B Rupe, deceased, located ar 12 Lynn Street, Middleport, Ohio, being a frame six-room dwelling with bath and half basement.
