I Mary Alice Good of Jackson County West Virginia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and desiring to make such disposition of my worldly estate as I deem best, do Hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills and codicils whatsoever by me made.
First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as conveniently may be and to that end charge my whole estate, real and personal, with the same.
Second: I give, devise and bequeath to my two Daughters Octa Good and Leota M. Tolley all my interest in a certain Tract of Land containing 104 acres known as the A. Good Tract of Land. To be divided equal betteen the two.
(2) I give devise and bequeath to Octa Good and Leota M. Tolley all of my undivided interest in 65 ¾ acres of Land that was willed P.S. and S.W. Good by a G__d
(3) I give devise and bequeath all that certain Tract of Land situate in Roane County containing 75 acres to be divided equal between all my children, Viz” O. R. Good, Elben Good, Dora Ray, Virgil Good, Minnie Parker, Octa Good, Leota M. Tolley, Eva Boggs.
(4) I give devise bequeath all my personal property to the above mentioned eight children to be
divided equal among them.
I nominate and appoint Asburry Good without bond to be the executor of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my last Will and Testament at Romance West Virginia this 27th day of January, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty Seven 1947

In vacation of said court.
This day came Asburry Good and produced a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Mary Alice Good, Deceased, late a resident of Jackson County, West Virginia and moved that the same be admitted to record. Then came D. F. Duff, and L. E. Lanham and Samuel Duff three subscribing witnesses and each on oath says that he was present and saw said Mary Alice Good sign said paper writing as for her last will; that they and each of them signed as witnesses thereto in the presence of each other and of said Mary Alice Good, and at her request; that she was of a sound mind and over 21 years of age and a resident of Jackson County. It is therefore ordered that said paper writing be and the same is probated and recorded as and for the last will and testament of said Mary Alice Good, deceased.
