In memory of Adeline Ewing,daughter of John and Elizabeth Ewing,born in New isbon, Columbiana County,Ohio,April 15,1841,and departed this life Jan 9,1915,aged 73 years,8 months and 15 days. She was married to Henry L.Casto,Feb 9,1864. To them were born six
children,Ellen,Sarah,Rosetta,Willie,Robert and Henry. Mr.Casto preceded his wife Aug 21,1897.
Mrs.Casto leaves three children,nine grandchildren and one great- grandchild. besides numberous other relatives and freinds to mourn their loss.She was a member of the Methodist Church at New Lisbon,and was a good neighbor,kind mother and always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.The latter part of her life was spent at the
home of her son Robert at Cheshire where she will be sadly missed. The funeral services were held on Monday Jan 11,conducted by Rev.Moore.Burial was in Gravel Hill cemetery.The pallbearers were Arthur,Jacob,and William Rife,Arthur Grover,Seth Thomas and William Jacobs.
