POINT PLEASANT - Wilma Odella Wood, 72, of Point Pleasant died Nov. 4, 2000, in Pleasant Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation, Point Pleasant.
She was a bookkeeper for Tiny's Supermarket with 28 years' service, and with NaPa Store, Point Pleasant. She was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School and a member of First Church of the Nazarene, Point Pleasant, where she was a Sunday school teacher, treasurer and past president of Nazarene World Missions Society. She was a former member of Pleasant Valley Hospital Auxiliary and Gideons Auxiliary.
Surviving: husband, Dale Wood; stepdaughter, Betty Lou Roach of Point Pleasant; sisters, Ruth L. Holland of Gallipolis Ferry, Dorothy M. Rardin of Millwood; brother, the Rev. John D. Sallaz of Point Pleasant; half sister, Marguerite Cook of Brownsville, Texas; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. John D. Sallaz and the Rev. Charles Marker officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery, Letart. Friends may call one hour prior to service at the church. Wilcoxen Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, is in charge of arrangements.
