He was born February 20, 1926 in Columbus, OH, a son of the late Floyd Lowell and Beulah Kathryn (Steen) Peterson. He was a WWII Navy veteran, and was a retired electrical instructor from the Rockwell Corporation with 31 years of service. Surviving are sons, Robert Peterson of Everett Washington, and Michael Peterson of Grove City, OH; daughters, Karen Parrish and Colleen Lindsey both of Saint Louis, MO, Patricia Wilson of Richwood, OH, Deborah Ann Manning, Diane Gay Oney, Donna Jean Higgins, and Denise Lynn Wood all of Columbus, OH; sister, Shirley Beavers of Galloway, OH; several grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. Service was at 11 a.m. Friday, November 18, 2005 at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, with the Rev. Benjamin Riggleman officiating. Burial followed in Longview Cemetery. Visitation was from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
