  Notes	Tressie F. Walker Ripley - Tressie Faye Gandee Walker, 91 of Ripley went to be with the Lord November 21, 2008. She passed away at Eldercare of WV at Ripley. She was born May 31, 1917, at Kenna, the daughter of the late William H. and Alice Raines Gandee. She was a homemaker and mother who loved to take care of her family. She is survived by daughter, Imogene and her husband Earl "Heck" Casto of Ripley; grandchildren Teresa Thorpe of Dayton, OH, Mike Casto of Columbia, SC, Lisa Stephens of Waxhaw, NC and Charmin McCarty of Ripley; great-grandchildren Sarah Thorpe, Brian Thorpe, Zachary Casto, Kerra Stephens and Katie Johnson; brother Boyd V. "Bill" Gandee of Nitro; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Orville B. Walker (b. 3-1-1913 jcbr) son, Orville Billy Walker,Jr. (5-17-1938 jcbr) brother, Darrell Gandee; and sisters Opal Anderson and Garnet Southall. The Family would like to thank everyone for the wonderful care they gave Tressie at Eldercare. May God bless you all. The funeral service was held at 11:00 am Monday, November 24, 2008 at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. Darrell Johnson officiating. Burial followed in Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck. Friends called from 5:00 to 8:00pm Sunday at the funeral home.
