According to this article, Thomas Jefferson first married Rebecca Romine and second Catherine Huggins.
The marriage to Catherine Huggins took place 25 March 1854 vol 3 p. 390, Athens Co Marriages. this is from Athens Co Marriages 1805-18666 by Schumacher and Fletcher p. 40/ His first marriage doesn't seemed to have occurred in Meigs, Athens or Washington Counties, OH as I can't locate it .
