Name Vincent H Cooper Born 23 Mar 1846 Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, USA [1] Gender Male Died 28 Dec 1889 Cabell County, West Virginia, USA [2] Notes
I suspect this is him although there might have been another William who had a son Vincent H about the same time - but mother should be Rachel, not Mary, same for Rebecca.

Saint Anthony’s disease An obsolete term for:
(1) Sydenham's chorea; a postinfectious chorea appearing several months after a streptococcal infection with subsequent rheumatic fever. The chorea typically involves the distal limbs and is associated with hypotonia and emotional lability. Improvement occurs over weeks or months and exacerbations occur without associated infection recurrence.
(2) Ergot poisoning.a syndrome brought on by the consumption of bread (notably rye) contaminated by the ergot fungus, Claviceps purpurea (rye smut), the source of numerous ergot alkaloids.
