  Notes	The Jackson Herald Ripley, WV Tuesday, February 15, 2011     Jackson County, W.Va. —  BALTIMORE, OH –  Louraine Casto Randolph, 91, of Baltimore, OH, formerly of Jackson County, WV and Athens, OH, departed this life February 10, 2011 in Echo Manor Nursing Facility, Pickerington, OH. She was born March 21, 1919, in Plum Orchard and was a daughter of the late John E. and Minerva Jane (Randolph) Casto, the youngest of eight children. She was a longtime resident of Athens, Ohio, where she worked in retail sales and was the co-owner, along with her late husband, of Randolph's Grocery of New Marshfield, Ohio. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Robert Carpenter and Donna and Larry Carsey, all of Pickerington, Ohio; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James C. Randolph, on April 6, 1995; and seven sisters and brothers-in-law. Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, February 12, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Curtis Randolph officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley. Visitation will be one hour prior to time of service.
