Hudkins, Ravenswood Cause: cancer of liver and gall bladder RC Obit Book A-K Mrs. 'Boss' Hudkins (3/5/1929) Mrs. 'Boss' Hudkins died Mar 1, at her home at Ravenswood after a long illness. The remains were brought to Spencer and funeral services were conducted at the Spencer Baptist Church by Rev. M. P. Lowers of Grantsville. Burial was ? in the Spencer came very the remains in charge of the Vandale Undertaking Co. The deceased was about 70 years of age, and was a daughter of the late Oliver B. Hunt of Spencer. She was twice married. Her first husband being Oscar Goodwin who died a number of years ago. Surviving children are Mrs. Oliver Boggs of Middle Reedy, D. W. Goodwin of Spencer, Lewis Goodwin and two other sons of Akron. She is also survivied by three sister, Mrs. J. J. Hill of Akron, Mrs. Frank Evilsizer of Spencer, Mrs. Leroy Boggs of Coolville, Ohio, and one brother, Oscar Hunt of Spencer. Her second husband was S. Hudkins of Ravenswood who survives her.

She was said to be the prettiest girl in the County.
