She is buried in the Harper Cemetery (Also known as Ryan or Lowe), 1 mile
southwest of Ryan, Roane Co. on Trace Fork Road.
Oliver and Almeda were members of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Almeda was born in 1838, the first white child in Harper district of Roane Co., West Virginia. She was said to be the prettiest girl in the County.
