I have her name as Laura Hester with this same DOB from an unknown source. There is no Laura on the 1880 census in WV at all, so I am going with the assumption that whoever gave me her name as Laura knew the family.
Mrs. Laura Boggs, 68, wife of Leroy Boggs, died Feb. 4, 1945, at the home of a son, Rexall Boggs of near Coolville, Ohio, after a long illness. She was a daughter of the late Oliver B. Hunt of Roane County. She and her husband lived on Staats Run, Middle Reedy, for many years moving to Coolville, Ohio more than 25 years ago. Surviving are her husband, four sons and two daughters; Mrs. Roxie McBee of Clarksburg, Rexall of Coolville, Ohio, Carson of Guysville, Raymond of Belpre, Haymond of Parkersburg and Mrs. Kathryn Young of Akron. A sister, Mrs. Rosa Evilsizer resides in Spencer and another sister, Mrs. Rachel Hunt resides in Indiana. Funeral from Coolville Methodist Church, and burial in Coolville Cemetery.

Oliver and Almeda were members of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Almeda was born in 1838, the first white child in Harper district of Roane Co., West Virginia. She was said to be the prettiest girl in the County.
