  Notes	John Holden DONAHEW John Holden DONAHEW, son of Andrew and Martha ROLLINS DONAHEW, was born January 4, 1874, and departed this life June 23, 1941, at his home in Peebles, Ohio, age 67 years, 5 months and 19 days. He was united in marriage to Mary SAYRE on March 10, 1897 and to this union were born seven children. He leaves to mourn their loss his wife, Mrs. Mary DONAHEW, and the following children: Mrs. Chloe SAYRE, Anjean, WV.; Mrs. Nellye LEWIS, of Norwood, Ohio; Virgie, of Akron, Ohio; Walter, of Norwood, Ohio, and Carl, of Peebles, Ohio. Ten grandchildren and two children preceded him in death. Nine brothers and sisters survive: William and Charles DONAHEW, Mrs. Lora RHODES, of Evans, WV.; Oak DONAHEW, of Millwood, WV.; Fisher DONAHEW, of Leon, WV.; Frederick DONAHEW, of Letart, WV.; Mrs. Ida SAYRE, of Akron, Ohio, and Adda and Eva of Letart, Ohio. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Harry DRAKE. (Friday, 15 August 1941)
