He was born September 26, 1958, in Charleston, WV, the son of the late Charles Ray Houchen and Jeanette Ruth (Sayre) Houchen of Cottageville. In addition to his father, his brothers, Gary, Rick and Mitch also preceded him in death. Tracy was a former driver for Goldizen Trucking in the construction industry. He enjoyed riding four wheelers and music and was a Methodist by faith. In addition to his mother, other survivors include his sons, Brian James Houchen of Cottageville and Randy Houchen of Fort Wayne, IN; several nieces and nephew and a very special niece, Lynsie and his special friends, Sherry Bailey and Shyanne Bailey both of Sandyville, and Lance Bailey of Cottageville. Service will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans, WV. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home
