Benjamin Coy Cobb, 65 of 1945 Mountain View Ave, South Charleston, died enroute to a South Charleston Hospital lat night after suffering a heart attack.
He was employed by the New York Central Railroad as a car inspector for 32 years. Mr. Cobb was a veteran of World War I.
Surviros include his wife Orlie, two daughters Genie Kiser and Mrs. Gathie Silfies of St Albans, three sons: CPO Virgil C. Cobb with the US Navy in Hong Kong, Sgt 1C Garland Cobb with the army in El Paso, TX and Sgt 1-C Robert Cobb with the army in Fort Knox, KY. three brothers, Bennett of Sissionville, Zollie of Tyler Mountain, and Arlie of Robertsville, five brothers Roy Cobb of Kentucky, Delmer, Elmer, Elmus and Harold of Pembersville, Ohio; two half sisters, Mrs. Ora Clark, of Buffalo and Mrs Ona Cobb of OHio and three grandchildren.
The body is at the Long and Fisher Funeral Home.
