Glennis Otho Horn
KEELING - Glennis Otho Horn, 90, of 9621 Old Richmond Road, Keeling, died Monday, April 21, 2008 at Danville Regional Medical Center. Born October 20, 1917, in Charleston, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Spicer P. Horn and Sarah Simpson Horn. He was married to Vera Ila Moomaw Horn who pre-deceased him in 2000.
Mr. Horn lived most of his life in West Virginia and Northern Virginia before moving to Danville in 2000. He retired as a self-employed brick mason and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his daughters, Carol Bruce of Charleston, West Virginia, Edna Bruce of Manassas, Virginia, Deronda Wolfe of Keeling, Virginia, Daphne
Crawford of Bracey, Virginia and Barbara Hoylman of Marshall, Virginia; also
surviving are fourteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren and eleven great, great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 24, 2008, 2:00 p.m. at National Memorial Park, Falls Church, Virginia with Pastor Glenn Dryeen officiating. At other times the family will be at the residence, 9621 Old Richmond Road, Keeling, Virginia.
