    • Mrs. Pearl R. Greenlee 80, of 5183 Crystal Drive, Charleston, died Friday in General Division, CAMC, after a short illness.
      She was retired from Superior Laundry Co. of Charleston and was a member of Tyler Heights Chruch of the Nazarene.
      Surviving: brothers Lemma Rhodes of Sweet Springs, Lester Rhodes of Charleston and Arlie Rhodes of Spring Hill, Fla; sister, Mrs. Goldie Raines of Orlando, Fla.
      Service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Tyler Hieghts Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Bob Herdmand and the Rev. O. R. Gunnoe officiating. Burial will be in Leon Cemetery, Leon. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 8 p.m. today at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home and at the church one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Tyler Heights Church of the Nazarene Building Fund.

      This deed made this 15th day of August 1900 between Charles Moore and Mary A. Moore, his wife, of the first part and Malissa J. Rhodes and M. H. Rodes's (correct spelling) heirs of the second part all of the County of Roane and State of WV. Witnessedth that the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred dollars of which fifty dollars is in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the residue of $150 for which 3 note have been executed by Malissa J. Rhodes then made payable to W. E. Moore, in order, hearing date on the 11th day of August 1900. Two of said note with interest from dates and a vendor's lein is herby retained to sercure the paymnet of said note which are due and payable as follows.
      1st for $50 due July 13th, 1901
      2nd for $50 due July 13th 1902
      3rd for $50 due July 13th 1903.
      Doth bargain, sell and convey the covenants of Special Warranty to the second part all that certain tract or pacel of land laying and being on the water of Bearfork in the District of Harper County of Roane and State of WV and bounded as follows: Beginning at a stake corner to Malinda Tolley's land thence N 5 1/2 W 53 poles to a small Hickory then 4 poles to the public road then withe said road 13 poles to a stake then through a field 30 poles to a stone thence 7 poles to a stone cornd to the Malind Tolley land thence with two lines of the same recesed. N. 45 1/ 2 W 32 poles to a stone N 42 1/2 W 20 poles to the beginning containing fifteen acres more or less. The first part hereby retains the growing crops on said land. The second part is to have the privilege to work on said land and sow wheet and is to have full possession of the land with the appustenances on or before the 1st day opf November, 1900. The first part hereby trtains the lien above mentioned for the benefit of W. E. Moore to enforce the payments of the notes above mentioned in this ddeed.

      W. E. Moore hereby releases the vendor's lein retained for his benefit and security in a certain deed of conveyance dated August 15, 1900, executed by Charles Moore and Mary A. Moore, his wife, to Malissa J. Rhodes and M. H. Rhodes heirs, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of Roane County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No 32, at Page 588, all of the notes thereby secured having been fully paid and satisfied to the said W. E. Moore, the holder of said notes at the time of payment.
