Mrs. Elpha Mae Skeen, 75, Ripley died March 31 in Charleston General Hospital following a long illness.
She was the daughter of the late Early Tolley and Lizzie Casto Tolley. She was a Methodist.
Survivors include her husband George Skeen , one daughter Ethaleen Southall of Ashabula, Ohio, one brother Oras Tolley of Ripley, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral service was Friday at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with Rev. Raymond Skeen officiating. Burial was in Jackson County Memory Gardens.
