David weighed 140 lbs. and was 5 feet 9 inches tall. David and Rachel are buried in the Brown Cemetery between Polo and Kingston in Caldwell County, MO. Rachel's mother died on the way to MO. Rachel had a brother George Boice who went to MO with them before Sept 1849. David's sister Cynthia and her family is found living next to them in 1850 but they returned to WV.

Enoch left Kingston, MO with his family, and traveled by covered wagon to Oregon. They stayed awhile in Oklahoma and Kansas. While in Oregon, they had their fourth child. In 1885, they moved to Lewis County, settling in Harmony, WA. Later they moved to Bremer Valley and bought land for $1.25 an acre. Enoch was Civil War veteran.
Enoch's parents are David D. Casto born July 25, 1820 in Jackson, Amelia County, VA. and passed way on January 4, 1899 in Caldwell, Missouri. His mother is Rachel Boice born on November 12, 1825 in Jackson, Amelia Co., Virginia and died on November 9, 1901 in Caldwell, Missouri.
