RUBY FIELDS BAKER
Ruby V. Baker, 95, of Smithville. WV, formally of Akron Ohio, died Tuesday March 12, 2002, at Milltree Nursing Home of Spencer, WV. She was the wife of the late Roy Baker. Ruby was born Oct 2, 1906 at Harmony, WV, the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Florence Pence Fields.
Surving are one son. Fred F. Baker of Port St. Lucie, Fl.; one daughter, Joan R. Aston of Pensacola, Fl.; one sister, Josephine Fields Westfall of Spencer, WV; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were handled by Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, WV. No local services were held. A private entombment was held at Hillside Memorial Park, Akron Ohio.
