The angels came for Doris J. Rhodes Feazell, 70, of Palm Bay, Fla., formerly of Charleston, W.Va., on the 14th of June, 2005 at Holmes Regional Hospital due to congestive heart failure.
She was preceded in death by her father Delbert Rhodes.
She retired from the West Virginia Department of ducation, Special Ed. Division, and had lived in Palm Bay, Fla., for the past 11 years.
She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Bernard Feazell; sons, Frank and wife, Marginia, of Charleston, W.Va., Joe and wife, Joann, of Fuquay-Varina, N.C., and Tim and wife, Marie, of Macon, Ga.; daughters, Cyndi and husband, David Miller, of Charleston, W.Va., and Nancy and husband, Chris McLennan, of New Smyrna Beach, Fla.; along with eight grandchildren, Jodi, Megan, and Jamie Miller, Dustin and Joshua Feazell, Felicia and Coby Feazell, and Jason Feazell.
She is also survived by her mother, Beulah Rhodes of St. Albans, W.Va.; brothers; James Rhodes of Melbourne, Fla., and Fred Rhodes of Marietta, Ga.; and sister, Kathleen Guthrie of Cleveland, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made in her honor to the Beni Kedem Shrine Transportation Fund, 100 Quarrier Street, P.O. Box 2589, Charleston, WV 25329.
