Gay - Tressie Eunice Skeen 89, of Gay, passed away Saturday August 12, 2006 at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley WV.
She was born December 4, 1916 at Gay, a daughter of the late John and Amy Rhodes Tolley. She was a homemaker and a member of Elk Fork Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Skeen of The Villages, FL and John Skeen of Broken Bow, OK; daughter Charlene Lott, of Palo Alto, CA; brother Auvil Tolley of Gay and grandchildren, Kimbra Ann Hutson of Winston Salem, NC, David Miller and Alyssa Miller both of Hesperia CA, Samantha Ellen Homes and Jennifer Simons both of Ravenswood WV, Melissa Barker and Lisa Browning both of Parkersburg WV.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Este Skeen and daughter Charlotte Smith.
Services were held Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. Dr. Ken Krimmel officiating. Burial followed in Halber Cemetery, Gay, WV.

Tressie Eunice Skeen, 89, of Gay died Aug. 12, 2006. Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Halbert Cemetery, Gay.
