Mary Elizabeth βTibβ Westfall Garrison, 85, of Evans departed this life March 16, 2007, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.
Born Jan. 16, 1922, in Gay, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Christiana Hinzman Tolley. Her first husband, Gilbert Westfall, and her second husband, Lester Barnette, also preceded her in death.
She was a retired employee from the Jackson County Board of Education, a former employee of Casto's Supermarket, Ripley, and a former postal employee. She was a member of West Virginia Retired School Employees and Ripley Senior Citizens and an active member of Evans United Methodist Church and the church's Ladies Aid. She was also a member of the church choir and a former Sunday school teacher.
Survivors include her husband, John W. Garrison Sr.; sons and their wives, David and Barbara Westfall of Williamstown and Richard and Lucille Westfall of Evans; stepdaughters, Wilma Hudson of San Antonio, Texas, and Linda Marie Belcher of Elkview; grandchildren, Cinda Williams, Todd Westfall, Amy Bain and Adam Westfall; and six great-grandchildren.
Service will be 11 a.m. Monday, March 19, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Bill Holley officiating. Burial will follow in Otterbein Cemetery, Evans.
Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Got news this morning that Aunt "Tib", Mary Elizabeth Tolley, Westfall, Barnette, Garrison passed away this morning at 5:20 am. She is at the Casto Funeral home in Evans WV.
She was the last of Dads brothers and was his only sister. Anna
