  Notes	James Edward Bartlett, 80, of Ripley passed away Monday, April 25, 2011, at Eldercare of Ripley following a long illness. He was born July 12, 1930, in Charleston and was a son of the late James O. and Katherine Lucas Bartlett. He was a sales representative for Gordon Transportation. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Naomi Southall Bartlett; a son, Henry Duane Bartlett; and a brother, Richard Bartlett. He is survived by a son, James W. “Jamie” Bartlett of Hamilton, Ohio; daughters, Cindy Wolfe of Ripley and Joni Tobey of Youngstown, Ohio; brother, Jerry Bartlett of Charleston; and sisters, Barbara Shinn and Shirley “Kay” Marchio, both of Charleston. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 28, at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley. Burial will be in Southall Cemetery, Statts Mill. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
