Notes	Amanda A. Thomas Kee, 96, of Harmony died July 26, 2006, at her home. Born Sept. 15, 1909, in Roane County, she was a daughter of the late William and Sarah Rhodes Thomas. She was a homemaker and a 4-H leader for over 50 years. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church and attended many other area churches throughout her lifetime. She was a member of Whetzel Chapter 27 Order of the Eastern Star and Rebekah Lodge 132. She is survived by two daughters, Ernestine Cooper of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Alice Kee of Lake Mary, Fla.; three sons, Alfred Kee of Merritt Island, Fla., James Kee of Elyria, Ohio, and David Kee of Pedro, Ohio; one sister, Irene Marshall of Tucson, Ariz.; 28 grandchildren and several great- and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Brell Kee; two daughters, Nellie Goodwin and Norma Mae Knight; and three sons, Forrest, Kenneth and William Kee. Service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, July 30, at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer. Burial will be in Gandee Cemetery, Harmony. Visiting hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
