  Notes	Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon from the family cemetery in Belgrove for Jonathan W. Casto, 75, of Belgrove, who died Monday in the VA Hospital at Huntington. The Rev. James Anderson officiated. A former Jackson County mail carrier, he was the oldest living veteran of World War I in this county. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ellen Doolittle of Akron, Ohio; two brothers, Alonzo Casto and D. N. Casto, both of Belgrove, and two sisters, Mrs. Rosalie Dailey of Ohio and Mrs. Martha Ann Comer of Frozen Camp. (Jackson Herald, Friday, 28 October 1949) 10D.
