Surviving: wife, Freda Brabham Raines; son, Stephen E. of Buckhannon; daughter, Mrs. Richard Wagner of Cumberland, Md.; sisters, Mrs. Rebecca Dodd and Mrs. Gladys Brabham, both of Charleston, Mrs. Delphia Copenhaver of South Charleston, Mrs. Mabel Powers of Gorton, Mrs. Laura Hughes of St. Albans, Mrs. Ruth Sayers of Talmadge, Ohio, Mrs. Goldie Freshwater of Reedy; brothers, Luster of Alberta, Canada, Cecil of Nitro; 5 grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Gandeeville Community Church with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating. Burial will be in Gandeeville Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 10 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to noon Friday at Albert Myers and Son Funeral Home, Elkview. The body will be taken to the church one hour before the service.
