He was born Tuesday, April 27, 1954, at Charleston, a son of Myrtle Harris Taylor of Spencer and the late Harry Taylor. Danny was employed at the Philip Sporn Plant, New Haven. He worked in the maintenance department. Danny enjoyed golfing and all other sports. He was a 1972 graduate of Walton High School, Walton, WV. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Sheri Cox Taylor, whom he married February 7, 1998, of Gallipolis; two sons, Patrick Taylor of Myrtle Beach, SC and Timothy Taylor, with the U.S. Air Force in Japan; one brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Cathy Taylor of Spencer. A funeral service was conducted Monday, January 28 at 7:00 p.m. in the Willis Funeral Home, Gallipolis, with Pastor Alfred Holley officiating. Burial was Tuesday, January 29 at 1:00 p.m. in the Braxton County Cemetery, Braxton County, WV.
