She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lovell, and her parents, Thomas and Vienna Rhodes. Hazel is survived by her sons, Donald Raines and wife, Cindy, of Cross Lanes and Lovell Raines Jr. and wife, Ophelia, of Texas; grandchildren, Sara Raines-Wilson and husband, Jason, of Cross Lanes, Andrea Gibson and husband, Adam, of Sissonville, Thomas Raines of Copperas Cove, Texas, Sherman Raines and wife, Yanira, of Florida and Anthony Aranda and wife, Ana of Lockhart, Texas. The family would like to thank the staff at Braley Care Homes, where she was a resident, for the loving care they gave Hazel. Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Doyle D. Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
