      Freda Webb Stanley 81, of Seffner, Fla., formerly of Spencer and Parkersburg, died Friday, April 21, 1995 at her residence after an extended illness.

      She was a daughter of the late Elizabeth Niday. She wa a member of the Parkersburg Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #14.

      She is survived by one son, Larry N. Webb of Seffner; one brother, William Hickel of Woodville, Fla.; one sister, Betty Jo Burton of Dayton, Va.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

      Services were at the Sinnett-Taylor Funeral Home, with Rev. Leon Strickland officiating. Burial was in Clover Cemetery.
