  Notes	Obituary Notice from Braxton Citizens' News September 12, 2006 Carrie Gertrude Veith Kraft Carrie Gertrude Veith Kraft, 98, of Heaters, WV, passed away at 3:50 a.m. September 3, 2006 in Braxton County Memorial Hospital after suffering a major stroke. She was born on July 31, 1908 in Falls Mill, WV. The daughter of the late Sam and Alice Cobb Veith. Carrie was a homemaker, a wonderful loving mother, grandmother and a caring friend to all. She was born again Christian and loved the Lord with all her being. She had been disabled for several years and was cherished by family and loved by everyone who knew her, she will be strongly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Alpha Davis Kraft; son, Samuel M. Kraft, brothers, Wilbur, Donald and Eagan, and Audie Veith; sister Pearl Veith; grand daughter, Alice Carol Harper Hackman; great-grand daughter, Rhonda Kay and two grandsons. She is survived by her daughter, Audra Belle Harper of Heaters, son, Audie Thron Kraft and his Lois of Parkersburg, WV.; Grandchildren: Mike and his wife Bonnie Harper of Heaters; Charles and his wife Karen Harper of Napier, WV. Ronnie and his wife Helen Harper of Heaters, WV; Robyn and her husband Mike McDaniel’s of Key West, FL. Sharon Deem of Grafton, WV; Mary Beth Antill of Flordia, Todd Kraft of Kill Devil Hills, Outer Banks, NC; Peggy Kraft of Columbus, OH. 21 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday September 6, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Highwood Cemetery near Heaters, WV. With Rev. Ressie Robison and Wilma Jackson officiating. Stockert-Gibson Funeral Home in Flatwoods, WV is in charge of arrangements.
