Betty M. Anderson, 77, of Charleston passed away on Monday, November 10, 2008, in Heartland Nursing Home, Charleston.
She was the daughter of the late Carl and Wilma Mace.
She came from Roane County to live in the Kanawha Valley at the age of 13. Betty retired from K-Mart as a sales clerk. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be dearly missed by all.
She is survived by her husband, Samuel ?Junior? Anderson of Charleston; children, Larry ?Ronnie? Anderson of Charleston, Steve Anderson of St. Albans, Jerry Anderson of Stanley, North Carolina, Jack and Randy Anderson, both of Charleston, and Sandra Humphreys of Dunbar; three sisters, Dorothy Hinnant of Springfield, Va., Laverta Morris of Morristown, Tenn., and Sue Gatewood of Parkersburg; one brother, James Bush of Charleston; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Private graveside service will be held in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, November 11, at Barlow-Bonsall Funeral Home.
