  Notes	Ravenswood, W.Va. - Arlene B. Watkins, 63, of Ravenswood passed away Thursday, August 13, 2009, at Charleston Memorial Hospital following a long illness. She was born January, 26, 1946, at Statts Mill, a daughter of the late Denny and Wilma Fields Fisher. She was a homemaker and member of the Vista Church. She is survived by her husband, Larry Watkins; sons Randall Price of Statts Mill and Shaun Price of Ripley; daughters Becky Fields and Pam Baldwin, both of Gay; brothers David, Romeo, Donald and Wendell Fisher; and sisters Ruth Bowman and Mae Winters. She is also survived by her grandchildren Michael and Justin Fields, Tia Baldwin, and Patrick and Abigail Price. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Dorothy. Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 15, at the Waybright Funeral Home in Ripley with Pastor Gene Angel officiating. Burial followed in the Siniaville Cemetery, Statts Mill. Friends called from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday, August 14, at the funeral home.
