  Notes	Lewis E. Duff, 70, of Charleston died July 14, 1998, in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a long illness. He was retired from American Electric Power Co. with 41 years' service. He was a Christian, a member of Masonic Lodge 159, Dunbar, Scottish Rite bodies and Eastern Star Chapter 133, Dunbar, and an Army veteran of World War II. Surviving: wife, Helen J. Duff. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes, with Arlie Lynch officiating. There will be no visitation. Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, Cross Lanes, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Alzheimer's Association, Southern West Virginia Chapter, 400 Allen Drive, Suite 20, Charleston WV 25302.
