She was the daughter of the late Alvin P. Fisher and Julia Ann Waybright of Ravenswood, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray O. Harrison, son Joseph C. Harrison, and eight brothers and sisters. A long time native of Parkersburg, WV, she was a member of South Parkersburg United Methodist Church where she was organist during the 50's and 60's. During her lifetime she delivered Meals on Wheels, traveled to Europe, and made a loving home for her family. Her pastimes included reading and visiting with friends. She was a graduate of Ravenswood High School and had an associate degree from Morris Harvey College. She is survived by one son, David D. Harrison of Minnesota, and daughter Patricia Ann Stuart of Parkersburg. She has four grandchildren: Robin Sturgeon of Chapin, SC; Joseph Stuart of Parkersburg; David Harrison, Jr. of Huntersville, NC; and Shane Stuart of Parkersburg. She has two great-grandchildren in Chapin, SC, Christie and Ty Sturgeon. Services will be held Saturday, February 28th at 1 pm at Leavitt Funeral Home, 403 7th Street, Parkersburg, WV. Officiating will be Chaplain Bill Chadwick of Presbyterian Homes of Roseville, MN.
