A native of Gallia County, he as born Sept 8, 1934, son of Mrs Erma Robie, Bidwell, and Everett Robie, of Mesa, Ariz. A graduate of Bidwell Porter High School, Mr Robie was a self-employed lumberman. He served in the Army. Surviving are four brothers, Carroll and Marvin, Bidwell, Keith of Rodney, and John of Mesa, Ariz, three sisters, Mrs. Violet Day and Mrs Betty Briggs, both of Virginia Beach, VA, and Mrs Jean Barr, Gallipolis.
